The award-winning pastry pioneer is back!

Having remained out of the spotlight for decades, Junkies marks the end of his extended sabbatical. The renowned, reclusive and tempestuous entrepreneur returns.  

The choux-pastry and cream filling of a “Little Bump” is based on his era-defining recipe, cited by some as the “golden ratio”. It would be futile to refute the provenance of such a famous heritage, any baking connoisseur would identify him. So he reappears, but on his own terms.  

He remains unavailable for comment due to his continued self-imposed isolation. 

Day-to-day operations are delegated to the management team. He choreographs his vision from remote locations unknown.
